People Dancing

A dance show by a group of people who don’t usually dance.

People Dancing is a riotous, joyful, life affirming dance performance celebrating the beauty of different kinds of bodies, the individuals who inhabit them, and their particular ways of moving; it’s a bold reclamation of choreography that proudly presents the multiplicities of dancing bodies!

People Dancing is being created with an intergenerational company of 15 non-professional performers from Easterhouse through Platform’s Taking Part Programme.
